Hometown Hero Income & Employment Requirement Criteria
At least one borrower must work full time as evidenced by paystubs, VOE, or explanation from the employer.
The same borrower must work at or report to an employer with a brick and mortar location in Florida, as evidenced by paystubs, VOE or explanation from the employer.
Only one borrower is required to meet the Hometown Hero income criteria.
Active-duty military and Veteran borrowers are NOT required to meet the full time requirement.
Active-duty military members are qualified with a copy of a current LES.
Veteran borrowers are qualified with a copy of DD214 evidencing a discharge status other than dishonorable. A Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is NOT acceptable.
